This is Sophie resting in the sun in Dyea. She's an instant hit with the tourists with her one blue eye and one brown eye. She literally knocked me over on the weekend. We took a few dogs out to run loose on the tidal flats and her idea of a laugh I guess was to run up behind me at full speed and to try to run through me, resulting in me ending up on my ass. Quite a shock to be sure! Of course she was long gone by the time I realized what had happened so I couldn't even scold her.
